Meadow Grange is our latest development in the heart of North Norfolk. Set in the picturesque village of Baconsthorpe, just outside the Georgian market town of Holt, you'll find Pitt Farm barns dating back to the 17th century. These traditional flint and red brick buildings have been lovingly restored and re-developed to create five separate unique dwellings. As with all of our projects we have meticulously restored the distinctive character of each of the barns paying special attention to the original features which make them so special.  The project included The Barley, a five bedroom, four bathroom, two storey barn; The Mayflower, a four-bedroom, three bathroom, two storey barn; The Willow, a three-bedroom, two bathroom, two storey barn; The Poppy, a three-bedroom, two bathroom, single storey barn and The Clover, a two-bedroom, two bathroom, single storey barn. Each has been finished to the highest of standards with high specification fixtures and fittings, open-plan living areas and landscaped gardens. The development is now complete.
